We require a deposit on the initial design and development fee to get started on your website. Once the website is approved by you and the balance of the fee is paid, we will launch the website. Starting the 1st of the following month, you will be charged a monthly fee that includes maintenance, updates, and support for the duration of our contract. Any additional work or changes that goes beyond the scope of the monthly fee will be charged at a discounted hourly rate. We are always transparent with costs associated with your website and there are no hidden fees. Each website is different, please contact us for a free consultation and quote!

Our process begins with a consultation to understand your goals. Once we understand your needs, we go into the design and development phase. After that we collaborate closely with you to adjust the design as needed and curate the content of the website. We will launch the website only when you love the design and the content of it. Once live, we monitor the website 24/7 and provide maintenance and basic updates as needed.

Yes! We provide ongoing support and maintenance packages to keep your website running smoothly. This includes regular updates, security monitoring, performance optimization, and technical assistance when you need it.

Absolutely! Basic maintenance and small updates like text and images are included with your monthly fee. After the website is approved and live, you can request deeper updates and changes as needed at a discounted hourly rate. You only pay for the work you need.

You have complete flexibility with our partnership - you can transition out at any time by simply covering the remaining contract period. Once everything is finalized, you'll receive full ownership of the website design, the code and assets.
