These Terms of Service govern your use of services provided by Michiana Digital. By engaging our services, you agree to these terms in full. Signing up with us places you into a one-year agreement that renews annually from your original sign-on date unless canceled under the terms below.

Michiana Digital provides comprehensive web development services including:

• Custom website design and development
• Website hosting and domain management
• Ongoing maintenance and updates
• SEO optimization (included with all packages)
• 24/7 website monitoring
• Technical support

Payment Terms

Service Term: All service plans are for a one-year term that renews annually from your original sign-on date.

Annual Billing: Service plans can be billed yearly, and the annual fee is due in full. Yearly billing waives the $200 setup fee.

Monthly Billing: Monthly billing is available for cash flow flexibility and includes a $200 setup fee. Monthly billing does not change the one-year service term.

Cancellation: Canceling a plan does not provide a refund. If you cancel before the end of your current term, the remaining balance for the year is due.

Project Start: Development begins when your subscription starts and your annual payment is received.

Additional Work: Any work beyond the scope of the service agreement will be charged at a discounted hourly rate. We will always provide transparent cost estimates before beginning additional work.

Website Updates

Maintenance, content updates, and design changes are included only if they are part of your selected package. More extensive changes or new features can be requested at any time and will be completed at our discounted hourly rate. Changes beyond your package scope are billed hourly.

Our Process

We begin with a consultation to understand your goals, then move into design and development. We collaborate closely with you to refine the design and content. Your website will only be launched when you are completely satisfied with both the design and content.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel service at any time, but all cancellations are subject to the one-year term. If you cancel early, the remaining balance for the current term is due. Annual plans are non-refundable.

Intellectual Property

All website code, design elements, and assets created for your website remain the property of Michiana Digital. These materials are provided as a service for the duration of your active subscription and agreement. You receive a non-exclusive license to use the website while your account is in good standing. Ownership transfers only with a separate written agreement or buyout. Michiana Digital retains the right to display your website in our portfolio and use reviews/testimonials for marketing purposes unless otherwise requested. If you want us to take down your website or review/testimonial, please reach out to contact@michianadigital.com.

Limitation of Liability

Michiana Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use or inability to use our services.
